Weekly Games
Most divisions in WCASL play every Sunday, making for a consistent, convenient, and easy-to-plan schedule for all players, families, and teams.
Exceptions are major holidays, although friendly games may also be played even then. Bye requests are permitted, but not guaranteed (earlier the better).

Rules and Protocol
We are proud to be “The Family-Friendly League.” That means no cursing at referees, no aggressive behavior, and no tolerance for disrespect on the field.
WCASL is a place where competition and sportsmanship go hand in hand. Our community culture is built on kindness, respect, and setting a positive example or our teammates, opponents, and the families watching from the sidelines.

Fees & Financials
All players must register to play in the league. The $30 annual player registration fee provides membership to our parent organization, USSSA, each year from August 1 - July 31. They in turn provide field liability insurance and other benefits.
Team fees include game fees (field costs), ref fees and league administration fees.These fees help keep the league organized, fair, and running strong year-round.

Inclusive 11v11 play for men 25+ and women 18+, focused on fun, community, and balanced competition.
45+ Veterans
Steady soccer for men 45+ and women 18+, built on experience and respect for the game.
30+ Competitive
High-skill, fast-paced matches for players 30+ (with limited 25–29 spots), perfect for advanced and former club players.
55+ Senior
Active, social soccer for men 53+ and women 30+, offering fitness, fun, and connection through the game.

Why Pay Fees?
The annual fee covers league operations and admin costs.
Monthly game fees are based on how many games you play and go toward referee pay, field rentals, and equipment.
These fees help keep the league organized, fair, and running strong for up to 40 weekends a year.
Fees Breakdown
At WCASL, we keep fees simple and fair so you can focus on playing the game you love.
Annual Registration Fee: Just $30 per year (Aug 1 – July 31) to cover league administration and keep things running smoothly.
Game Fees: Pay only for the games your team plays at $55/game/team! If paying with autopay, $50/game/team.
League Fees: $120/team/month. If paying with autopay, $110/team/month.
Ref Fees: 3 refs $100; 2 refs $80; 1 ref $65. Ref fees are paid to refs at games in cash.
