Coed Recreation
This Division is designed primarily for recreational soccer players looking for a fun, safe environment to play 11 v 11 Coed soccer in. Open to men 25 and older* & women 18 and older, it encourages inclusive play with a Coed structure and a relaxed but respectful atmosphere.
Younger male players may join with manager approval if they align with the league’s recreational spirit
Goalkeepers must be 20+
Minimum number of 3 female players on the field at any time
Perfect for players who want a structured but non-intense game and a great time with a community vibe.
30+ Competitive
For players aged 30 and older who love a fast-paced, high-skill match. This division maintains a competitive edge, while staying grounded in sportsmanship and respect.
- All players must be 30+ within the calendar year; ages 25-29 allowed but limited
- Female players must be 18+
- Combined with 2 other leagues: LNFA & SWPL
- Great for former club, college, or high-level players who want to keep playing at a serious level in a positive, well-managed environment
45+ Veterans
This division is built for experience, camaraderie, and smart soccer.
- Open to male players turning 45+ within the calendar year
- Female players must be 18+
- Male goalkeepers can be 30+
Ideal for players who still want to compete without pushing the body beyond reason.
55+ Senior
This division is for players who value the joy of the game, staying active, and connecting with others through soccer. Whether you're looking to keep your skills sharp, stay fit, or just enjoy the weekly rhythm of a well-played match, this group brings energy, experience, and camaraderie to the field.
- Male players must be 53+ within the calendar year (1972 & older)
- Female Players must be 30+
- Male Goalkeepers can be 40+
- A great fit for seasoned players who still enjoy organized games and the social side of soccer

How to View Schedules and Standings
For Coed Recreation and 30+ Competitive:
Click on View Schedules and Standings.
Login to LNFA.org.
Click on Schedules to view upcoming games.
For Standings navigate to Leagues and Tournaments
Select desired season and click Schedules and Results.
For 45+ Veterans and 55+ Senior:
Click on View Schedules and Standings.
Navigate to Standings Spreadsheets and click on the current season folder
—> EX: “a Season 5 (9.14.25)
