DAVE RICE

Dave Rice is the Founder and Commissioner of the West Coast Adult Soccer League, which provides competitive yet inclusive and family-friendly soccer for over 800 adult players of all genders in Southern Orange County.

He also serves as President of the United Nations Association Orange County Chapter, where he leads the Climate Team and supports the Sustainable Impact Alliance, a UN Local 2030 initiative applying the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to local communities. His efforts focus on advocacy, education, and grassroots climate action.

As President of SIAS International, Dave helps companies worldwide grow sustainably by connecting them with strategic partners and resources. His work emphasizes long-term social and environmental impact alongside business success.
Dave is active in the Southern California Secular Coalition, where he supports collaboration among secular and humanist organizations to advance advocacy and social progress.

He also serves on Congressman Mike Levin’s Task Force on Nuclear Waste, advocating for safer long-term solutions at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, including replacing outdated containment systems.

Before his current roles, Dave spent 25 years in the corporate tech sector, holding leadership positions in strategy, marketing, and sales at firms including IBM and Comdisco. He later founded GOALS Unlimited, a consulting firm that helped small tech companies design and implement business and growth strategies.

Throughout his career, Dave has integrated innovation, sustainability, and civic engagement to create impact at both local and global levels.
